Isa is CIMA's Program and Editorial Assistant. In this role, she provides a wide range of administrative, financial, programmatic, and editorial support.

Isa received her B.A. from North Central College where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. While in school, she worked on Project Censored’s State of the Free Press 2022 and 2023 publications. She also worked on the 2024 All-America City Awards and civics-related databases.
